Owner of the company is kind hearted & good .

Present project head of company Mr. Suneel Kulkarni treated himself as a owner of the company. He kick out any employee without any reason. Egoistic nature. He is a slow poison for the company. Every day employee feels that today is his last day in company. Horrible

Management is not good. Traditional methods. Dominated by men. Not for women.Poor HR policies .Good for learning but lot of politics which can affect your job.

Dislikes

Politics Poor management No defined roles and responsibilities Poor HR policies Men dominated organisation Punch lunch sleep and repeat is what will be your life in Pegasus.
