1. The Company does not give a salary in time. Many of the employees have their salary due for many months. I left the company and never received my last month's salary, given many reminders but no response from their side. They deduct ESI, PF & P-Tax from salary but don't submit it. The M.D of this company is very rude. 2. I want to report a true incident that one employee who left the job and ask for due Salary and PF, never received the same but the company lodged a complaint in the police station against him in a false case and he was mentally tortured by the incident.

Management don't inform/suggest any thing about payment , they only need work 12 hours , some time average 16 hours but when the point come on salary side after 3-4 salary will start , no advance money for staff , only for workers , that time if worker demand rs 500 , management will give rs 200 maximum , even some time he will show you rs 50 , they tell you they don't have money . After working will this company he will not pay last month payment , my suggestion not to work with this company
