Friendly and open environment. Depending on the project there are good scope of learning. Depending on the project you might have a good work life balance. The medical insurance is good, at least it was helpful for me. Hybrid system.

Dislikes

Job security is bit low, especially during difficult times. There are micromanagement. Sometimes there can be some kind of gossip sessions indulged by the manager. No appraisal on difficult years. Including sick leaves there are only 18 leaves in a year..

Work culture is great. A lot of projects are always on so you may get to choose. People help you out at every step if you have any hurdles/problems.

Dislikes

Its a small consultancy. There are a bare minimum benefits. Leave policy is bad.

Ample amount of growth opportunities, one on one interaction with senior management, helps achieve personal learning goals, resourceful co-workers, helps you learn from client communication to time management, project management

Dislikes

Sometimes the day stretches longer than expected, but that is more or less given with a consultation firm.
