Actually it's not dislike but I want to say the Bonus on performance is must and the Variable must be payed annually instead of quarterly.

Unethical environment at work station, they won't pay salary, month end they ll find such reasons to fire the candidate and later no response yet all. Nobody ll get salary.

Dislikes

They not keep on their words, they ll change all decisions in half second. 1st they ask do something in next second no move on others. Worst delivery service, if I take ownership or initiative they ll say on whose permission you did and all. If it's going wrong also we should shut up ourselves. All are money minded cheap mentality.

Everything here is just absurd. Whether management, all departmental staff, salary, working culture, everything is non sense and terrible. The boss, the directors, Management team all are over smart and arrogant.

...d at Peetworks Bangalore office. The experiencing was a a mix of pros and cons. The good pay Scale and hum-us Cafe for employees were appreciated, but blue- collar hiring was a bit challenging. The team's dedication to new client acquisition was impressive but occasional coordination issues impacted the BDM team"s efficiency.

... would be demanded to work. If you wont do they would say you dont have skills Salary Benefit I have kept 3 as I had never seen that. Job Security : - Any one any time can say dont come from tomorrow. Skills and Development : - You would not have any support, documents, and no time to self learning due to work load. Work Satisfaction : People would talk to you like you are a slave and they are just jenious . No respect Company culture : These people have not worked in corporate , no structure, no vision it is like a whole sale godown. Management is not at all skilled or experience, they dont know meaning of team retention, they don't care about people
