...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Peekay has always been well ahead in employee safety concerns and the management had taken every possible step to avoid the inception or spread of COVID-19 in the company. Thermal monitoring was set in place to detect a spike in the temperature of employees or visitors. Hand sanitizers were distributed to all departments to ensure proper sanitization. And when the Govt announced the lockdown Peekay supported the employees without any cut in the salary.

The primary and probably the only issue I had would be the salary package. You don't get enough pay as the work you do.

Excess of work load appraisal will not adequate. Whatever you work do is not important. You should show Presentation works which I have done in last financial year

This is very good company for invention and new technology adopts. It's my pleasers that I'm a part of this company that market reliable by its high quality products and has a global client base. My colleagues are came from all over India from various culture and we work happily. As long I like the employees re-hire policy here.
