I was assigned to turn around the company from scarch to the break even level. Excutedthe plans and given the improvements as per the expected level. Due to the promoters opinion and diversified plans given the negative results and forced me to move out of the organization.

Dislikes

It’s very difficult to complete the task set assigned due to the confused and non professional move of the promoters.Policies/startegie in adequate to attain the goals of the organization. It’s very difficult to adopt/induce the new technique because of the resultance of directors. Inadequate financial planning /diversation caused company disaster.
