They expect you to learn about the work yourself just by talking to people, there is no structure or anything. no work life balance is there, they want us to work for more than 12 hours and not do anything else. If you want to leave early after 7 even when you have been there for more than 8 hours it is not only frowned upon but restricted. They don't care about your health or anything. They just want stupid humps on whom they can just put work on. They have no structure of training and just keep on pushing you to do everything. If any company expects you to have zeal and will to work, you need to respect the personal life of the employee too. I understand that being a part of startup is handwork and everything but they need to stop disrespecting their employees.

Senior team member are arrogant, worthless, thinks high of themselves and cant see anyone excel at their work. So, start demoralizing by showing bad behaviour and disrespect.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
