...nce at all. You are supposed to join team meetings on your week offs and leaves. You have to work extra hours without any added compensation. You have to send reports on your weekly offs.

There is no job security for third party center admins . The work culture is very better and company polices are very strict

There are no compensation and no extra benefits . I used to work 8 to 9 hours a day .My work is to manage the center and to conduct day to day exams . we used to have a 4 to 5 exams per day . There is no work pressure at all .

Working environment especially the pears are very supportive and helps in growth in personality development, ethics and public relations. Training are also provided quaterly with test.

Salary has fixed with the time spent.

A set of qualities the organization requires is integrity and discipline. Your team members decide your experience at daily office operations, and reporting manager will either make life easy by being a genuine leader and a bad manager may sit on your head like a toxic boss.

Job Security is absolutely guaranteed in this company. Most of the employees here are working since almost 15 years. Some even plan to spend another 20 years

Dislikes

Poor Company Culture, no or less growth opportunities for new joiners no matter how talented or hard working you are, self centered/fulfilling senior management, no bonuses, less work benefits.
