Good work environment and culture. Supportive and the management is transparent. And they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slowly. On the job training is not given to new joiner

Toxic work culture. Too much micromanagement and politics. The top management belongs to "Old school of thoughts". And due to lack of communication or no proper communication between the three directors ( VK, Uday & Niraj) the plant performance and culture is not healthy. The entire Vizag team is demotivated.

I don't find any problems because of covid situation i dont have that much flexibility to visit the company every day that's why I cant give any statements

Learn more work in plant in briefly .water analysis.beverage analysis like PH ,tritrable acidity.inverted brix ,co2percentage in bottle in ppm, bottle anlysis,,torque,lable placement ,closers &preforms analysis ie exipary date manufactured date, &quality &quantity of bottles .these are total learnt very briefly . So this company is very good ,job security is good ,management also supporting to jobholders every time
