Dislikes

...employee high end stuff on LinkedIn to show off but Company culture is pathetic. No career growth, training, salary increase. Managers treat employees like shit and threaten them with termination. If you tell HR or India head, they do nothing. They just hire freshers at low salary to get the work done and then fire them.

I like the salary benefits of company.

Dislikes

I will not use the word dislike but improvements required in section WFH policy as there are good section of female is working in Pearce and flexibility of work from home is necessary today world as per my knowledge everybody in stateside is working from home so it’s important,time saving and once get to spend quality time with family and interaction of team with mangers are important so that they see the work from everyone point of view not just who is leading the team.

1. Poor/Worst management i ever seen till my 7 yrs of working experience. 2. People having 2-3 yrs of experience has management position, how could we expect good management from them, they just started their career, nothing-else. 3. un-necessary work load. 4. Work Environment is very irritating. 5. The worst thing i personally feel a lot, Freshers don't even know how to talk seniors ( like *tu kya kr rha h, tujhe kitna time lgega, tujhe ye bhi nhi aata) just bcoz they joined this organization earlier while experienced having 4-5 & 6-7 yrs of working career. 6. one eve, suddenly got a mail, subject mentioned as "Quick Sync-Up", during meet, they told me as "tomorrow is your last working day" i asked but no certain or particular reason they said. they called it "Business requirement" and this way Career ended at uncertain point for uncertain time.

Engineering team is awesome and some Engineering Managers are so supportive.

... is unbearable sometimes leading to exploitation of the hardworking employees. HR department is highly corrupt and use all the company’s financial benefits / bonuses which actually the employees deserve. Rules over relationships is their fundamental of work and therefore your extra efforts in company growth will never be acknowledged (keep it in mind). If a manager is abusive, the HR will keep a blind eye on it and they will ignore it despite the huge number of complaints from employees. Salaries must be kept confidential between employe and HR but they are giving new packages to the teams through their engineering Team Lead and supervisors. Therefore, they are breaching their own policies. The bonuses shouldn’t be given upfront as it puts employees at a bondage with the company. If a company is offering a joining bonus with an employment bond, most likely the company is going to suck your blood in the work tenure. Pearce taught me this thing very well. No focus from HR in the shift rotations. They use the words “PROJECT REQUIREMENT” and you 24*7*365 you are their slave. No monitoring on work culture and office environment.

Team Politics have made everything worst your career progression, hike, work life balance everything depends on your Team lead and managers. They will favor one who keeps licking everytime and you go against them they will try their level best to throw you out from the company other than that company is ok due to politics everything get worse.
