Peacock Solar is a start up and established in 2018, I worked in HR department of Peacock solar as HR generalist intern for 2 months. I gained knowledge about various activities of HR department while working, my overall experience is great and this was the first internship,I have done in my career.

Dislikes

Nothing is there to be disliked about, everything is good only thing i felt was mismanagement, Company didn't have proper management according to my experience.

Likes

You won't learn here much for technical skills. But you can be the game changer here. You can develop ideas and implement them. You'll have opportunity to make things work ur own way

Dislikes

Since the in office team is small and the work scale is small there is nothing much to learn here.

Likes

Working with Peacock solar was really a great experience as we were involved in different domains of the work more then experience different domains we had a wonderful experience with our superiors who exposed us to the domain.

Dislikes

Felt a bit disappointing as most of them aren't recognized for the work and our inputs in the work.
