1. They don't have a HR representative so you'll be greated with many claiming as administrative counterpart asking for the resume along with the lady with the spectacle (who's going to spoil your interview), well talk about that later. 2. You'll be given with the wrong questionnaire when asked the adjoining employ(lady) will poke like a hr representative and start acting like a boss saying "you have to do it". She keeps on disturbing you until you finish the test. 3. The second round will be of article writing. As I was there for the post of content writer. There will be shouting, gossiping & murmuring in the floor as there is no interview room. After completing the article a respectable fellow will come and check along with that adjoining nuisance lady with a spectacle poking again. The only thing I liked about the company is a Male interviewer with a very polite attitude. Apart from that the company is a total mess or a circus in particular. The lady with the spectacle is a joker ruining the company image in particular. "Work culture" hey hey you must be joking. "Fish market" now you hit the nail. Well fellow interviewer try to avoid such companies in general as they can ruin your valuable time, money and perseverance in general.
