Limited support when fell sick at work, creating loop hole for Cohesive decision making for company benefits, Identity politics, hidden agenda.

Company's Management and top level Working Management is quite structured like Presidents, Senior Vice President, VP and GMs. Company is having on average 4-5 construction sites at present and Project managers and Engineers are quite experienced and working on the planned targets with full efforts to achieve the Milestones set for them project wise and are having good relations with the client in having interesting working atmosphere at project sites. Eventually training programs are also planned for better working and improvements in execution, planning, safety, monitoring etc.etc. Each employee has good opportunity for growth and innovation needed for the work-life balance and get appraisals/ promotions whenever are due or on achieving targets timely as earmarked to the individuals. Overall a good Construction company as PCP is having about 51 Years experience in the Construction and having a reputed name in the Construction Industry and building Nation.
