You get a chance to develop your skills, learn a lit of things. Director is particularly good. He is an experienced one. You get regular increments after a specific period of time plus you get incentives for good work in your department. Job security is there if you work well. You get chance to innovate things if they are good they are taken. I got to explore and innovate so many things. Tours are organised every year. Teammates are very supportive. Work environment is healthy. Overall a good place to work at. You get to learn public speaking skills, become more confident and get appreciation for good work.

Dislikes

One thing I found which for me was most annoying was their extreme focus on external beauty particularly makeup due to which other things of a person gets undermined many a times. Employees are judged so much on these silly things that they forget they possess some real skills too. This in turn interferes with the comfort level of a person which makes it uneasy to wirk there. The employer needs to understand that grooming is not equal to makeup. Instead real skills of a person should be encouraged so that he or she could do good in his or her work.
