...not a company it's a school, you have to work 6 days in a week for 9.5 hr daily. If you take leave your salary will be deducted. If you not performed well they will educt salary without any intimation. No work life balance. Not provide any health or accidental policy.

If you are going for an Interview please ask the salary bar decided. They have offered the salary less than the current drawn and also with the 2 years BOND. Do they we are FOOL to Join ??

First off, good company for fresher,average company for experienced ones

Well Some of the seniors don't have the sense about talking with freshers as the employee(fresher) who doesn't have the idea about the company and still they expect the same result, Rest of the thing is average,

Project manager and consultant sales director is good.

some of the member of team is nice but overall stafss are terrible and the comapny management is third class..there is no appraisel, there is no growth.

I've had a disappointing experience at PCI, which I believe is shared across departments. The HR department, led by Neeraj, could improve. He seems unfamiliar with key HR policies and often deflects questions. For the company's growth, I suggest enhancing HR leadership and training to better support employees.
