team building 100% training ,job security ,career growth 0% monotonous work everyday salary is good 100% of your salary is saved as the location provided is very remote you wont be able to spend on anything,unhealthy work environment you have to work in dusty environment,direct contact with metal dust particles,no work life balance

there is no formal training provided,work environment is too dusty you cannot survive without face mask,no work life balance.

It provides immense opportunity for having knowledge in diverse field of industry and also provide opportunity to contact president & vice- President of company for project.

Salary is dependent on when client will pay . Also working hour is not defined as per culture if you are site lead.

...comes in 12 months cheque like a EMI. - During Covid business was hampered alot. So, if client is paying you'll get your 30-40% salary otherwise you won't get anything. - HR has no policy, everyday she change the policy.

HR manager has to be more ethical and must understand each and every employees. Not act bossy. Because she is just a ENVA. Change HR everything will be again on same track.

Pro- Salary on time,due to covid company is unstable Cons Company requires Experience Leader/manager . Need to define there stone policy Job security is zero. Legendry Multitasking job ( example- one of our embedded engineer is drilling master) Bad job culture. Not recommended this company.
