The engineering team and their camaraderie.

Dislikes

The management at this company has been a frustrating issue for past and current employees. Policies are frequently disregarded by leadership, making them seem like mere formalities. The company's direction appears unstable, shifting from an unlisted shares platform to multiple crypto projects, and now to the freight forwarding industry with more than 100 urgent iterations. Employee benefits often hinge on the CEO's changing mood, with sudden changes to leave policies, encashment, and office timings rules. Employees are constantly leaving this organization and a culture of nepotism creates an environment that feels more like a family-run operation than a professional workplace. Employees are asked for their government ID to get free 3 months of internet recharge. That is how low they stoop down.
