This is excellent company to learn and grow, work environment is good and sometimes depend on project. We did lots of innovative task here and seniors and company encourage for that. I worked for more hours in a day sometimes but I liked it because of interesting work.

Compensation varies a lots, You may get less salary than your juniors in the team.

Don't join .. chahe kitni bhi majburi ho. Or salary jayada dekhkar bhi join na kre..Less salary m other companies you can join but don't join this. Hiring firing system hai.. Project aaya they will hire a alot. Project khatam hua then they will fire. You don't know kb fire kr de. Project bhi like 3-4 duration ka hota hai max. Means 3-4 months k baad talwar latki hi rahegi. I am a java developer here working as a Tech lead. Mene th khud ne search start kr di hai. Jo bade leaders hai wh apni bachne m lage hue hai .

Stable Job, no hire and fire culture like many other organisations. Quality of work is top notch. It could be repetitive however. Salary is higher than most service based organisation. Flexible timings, depends on project ofcourse. Hybrid + Remote model.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are very poor. In the range of 3-9% for most of the employees. Being a big organization, inter vertical dependencies take time to resolve. As said Salary is higher than most service based organization however not as good as other product based companies. The pay scale various a lot at the same position.

Only Good thing is it's on roll and you get salary on time.

Upper management is so dominant and the whole team work on crisis everyday. You never know when you will be fired. They asked to work on Sundays as well without any extra pay. Leave is just a dream

There is noting to like in Paytm.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
