Work culture is very poor, no guidance about our task,work only on in pressure. Not clear about executive's salary.Always gives half salary to them at month end.Very poor culture.

I like only 1 thing in paytm that, unless and until there is any hardship, your job is pretty secure in Paytm. Its offering health insurance to employee, which helps a lot less paid employee in case of unfortunate situation to deal with that.

Dislikes

...n't take these leaves back after peak period like audit or any other assignment. Not only this, you can't get any bonus, overtime against you have worked. You can't growth your leaning skill by attending seminar nor they conduct a session to amend your knowledge. Though you will find politics in every org. but surprise to see here that manager is playing politics between you and other teammates. There many things which can't be elaborated here, but some one has to face the above to know more why i can't elaborate.

... crazy here. Total mad house. No one cares about covid-19 or health of manpower. Total chaos regarding work and salary. Every month there is a new salary structure for FSE and still not complete payout. From morning 8 to 11-11.30 night the calls, zoom calls do not stop. Everyday there is a threat of quit your job. Even if for one day you do not achieve your FTD targets you are asked to quit and get humiliate. The uppar Managment lacks Apathy and basic understanding of business. The only way of doing business they understand is threat, panic, and humiliation of lower and middle level management. Fse - TL are on field from May 20 and uppar Managment is doing WFH and no one care about FSE-TL’s health and safety.

As a company it is good to work with but only in those departments which are directly aligned with Paytm. Other departments like telco, enterprise are neglected with low growth opportunities.

Politics in core One97 departments not Paytm. Neither compensation is good nor growth of an individual.

There is not to like , only salary on time as i was on onroll profile . But who’s offroll and my FSE didn’t get any salary .

Everything is dislike , no work culture manager not support for build your team , because managers also having team , they only completing there targets . There is only hire and fire process . In 1 city 20-25 TL working for the same product . Now growth in this company .
