You need to work 24 hours with the salary of 9 hours. You need to pick every call even at mid night. You can't switch off your phone in night. Worse work management. All are habitual to work even after office hours. Some are sending reports at 12am some are sharing it 11am. Even seniors are dropping mail at 11.30 pm. No work life balance here.

Good work teammate are supportive and the management is transparent and they give good salary hike and good relation with customer ready to using paytm

Noting . Its complitaly fraud and making people fool even not paying on time even sometime they took money from us by saying diduction of unnecessary things and i also have cheap experience working, i have ever had over here.

...ater. The senior under we worked don't respond even don't care about attncdence. Many more salary diduction and so cheap patym company is. There is nothing to like. Save your time by not joining it.

1. Team Leads and Managers are Rude, aggressive. 2. Late night working and working on Saturday and sunday is common here 3. Get abused is daily things even though you are giving your almost 100%. If you give 99.99 % and you misssed 0.01%. Than get ready for abuse and humiliations in front of entire team. 4. Job security is LOL in Paytm. 5. You won't find developers more than 1.5 yrs working in paytm. Each year entire almost all developers resign and company hire the whole team again. 6. No team culture. Just Owner and Slave culture. 7. If you work in paytm for 5 yrs than you will definetly have Blood pressure problem

...loyees were promised to get extra paid up for doing work on Saturday and Sunday but later manager disagreed to pay overtime and said I didn't promised such things which is unexpected from such a company.
