1. Team Leads and Managers are Rude, aggressive. 2. Late night working and working on Saturday and sunday is common here 3. Get abused is daily things even though you are giving your almost 100%. If you give 99.99 % and you misssed 0.01%. Than get ready for abuse and humiliations in front of entire team. 4. Job security is LOL in Paytm. 5. You won't find developers more than 1.5 yrs working in paytm. Each year entire almost all developers resign and company hire the whole team again. 6. No team culture. Just Owner and Slave culture. 7. If you work in paytm for 5 yrs than you will definetly have Blood pressure problem

...loyees were promised to get extra paid up for doing work on Saturday and Sunday but later manager disagreed to pay overtime and said I didn't promised such things which is unexpected from such a company.

Target based salary even though you complete your target there is no guarantee that you will receive your full salary every month there is some problem with your salary nobody listen to fse problems every month 4 5 fse leaves the team

...think that we are Dogs and we dnt feel the heat of summers and cold of winters. 4) They will give you 6 Rs per km in documents but In actual you are paying petrol expenses from your pocket because when you claim the actual expenses they will say " Itna thoda laga hoga tumhara" But they dnt know that we are using our own bike which cost near to 90k and monthly maintenance. Koi Paytm Bank k managers, HOD ko samjhao 500 rs me bike maintain nahi hoti. Even month me 2-3 pencher ho jae toh b 150-200 lag jata hai. Breakage alag se engine ki ghisai alag se. 5) And You are not allowed to get Any DA because they said Khanna aur paani apna leker jao and even they will say you Eat biscuits in lunch with water only. 6) Appraisal ke naam par 3% aur field walo ko promotion after long time but yes if you are working in Headoffice then you will get promotion every year or alternatively year. 6) You need to go other districts/States but they will not pay you the proper expenses as they will say get return in same day or you need to stay at your relatives or friends house. 7) Your managers are doing nothing but they will show you that they are having lots of work and also they will say you shukar manao tumhari job chal rahi hai. 8) HR is nothing in this company as what your manager will say that is 100% correct as per HR also. 9) Managers are at home from last 2 years and saving lots of money of there rents and travel Expenses but who are working on field they are not getting any relaxation because covid is only for HO Staff. 10) Company is having Good Policies to show in public but management is worst as they apply there own policies.
