Worst work culture. There is no job security. Worst timings. Torture work. Heavy work pressure. 24/7 work. If you work on weekends they don't provide any compoff. Waste of time and efforts. Pls don't join there.

No rewards and recognition on efforts put in. Ver rapid change in management decisions so always change in plan, unable to concentrate and deliver on 1 or 2 items.

Promotions and increment dispointing. Layoffs every year bit insecure in job while working there. Learning new skills to be improved.
