...ery good. And they have various benefit plan for the employees and their family. Talking about the pay-scale PayPal gives you the best package in the market. and with every level you get promoted you get a very good hike. Most recommended one.

Talking about the drawbacks, I don't think there is anything. But some time its difficult to manage work-life balance but i think comparing to the benefits and pay-scale we have to do our justices to the job. Wherever we go we have to compromise with the job timing a bit. Also, to highlight extending is never asked by the management this is definitely the employee's choice. If you wanna get your job or task done quick you can extend. thats how i work here.

mainly work life balance and salary. Initially company provided many good benefits for employees but later some cheap employees doing cheap tricks then company started cost cutting. Otherwise, a very good organization. Only one bad thing is lay off's - not sure when they announce lay off

except lay off news, rest everything is good.

Good pay and RSU refreshers every year. Good severance pay and excellent Insurance coverage

Too much reorg which is creating fear of job security. Biased promotion cycles across teams, few teams has very poor budget for promotion.

...dership changes. Existing engineering people don't share knowledge to new hires. No perks apart from salary.

Brand name is kind of only plus thing. Insurance coverage is good. Hybrid and remote models.

Dislikes

PP is on cost cutting spree. And there were very less benefits to begin with it is becoming like any other it company. Too many levels and freq change in leadership in recent times. Cross team collaboration is not so good. If your team and manager are good then PP is good. it's hard to summarize because I have seen employee experience from going good to very bad.
