Marketing head is very aggressive in nature, she will scream like mad on marketing team and brand head is moody. They will harass you like anything. They both are friends past 10 years almost so they opt and kick employees based on their personal views not professional views.

Chief business officer, hire a zonal trainer make him shop to shop sales. One point decision making. No scope for learning and development. Never ending politics. Only people with no training skills will work here.

Very less pay and too much work. You have to take 120 to 150 calls a days. People are saying lie from you as well as from customer also. Very worst service infect TL and Trainor team don't have knowledge about the product.
