Payatu has flexible work policy , and salary comes on time. I was in the operations department so could not get to learn anything new over there.

Dislikes

...ision making ability and even for small things goes to the head of management 3. The owner turns a blind eye to other employees grievance's , he is like an employee who only looks at 31st his salary should be credited to account , and has no vision for growing the company it seems. 4. They hired me and after 5 months they informed me that we hired you as an mistake as this job role is not required , I mean how can you possibly do that , you are hiring some one for a top role and suddenly you say we don't require you. This shows the vision of HOD Anyways , I have no regrets ! What ever happens happen for good , learnt a good lesson.

- Opportunities to learn. You will get plenty of time to research and learn about new topics. - Brilliant co-workers. During my time, I came across and had a chance to work with people that are excellent in what they do. This can help you move forward toward your own career goals.

Dislikes

- The company culture. They SERIOUSLY need to work on it. Managers and upper management staff have ZERO tolerance for employees speaking up when something doesn't seem right to them. Managers here do blame you for things that you haven't even done and you just have to accept it. They aren't open to any criticism or employees standing up for themselves. If something goes wrong, you won't even get a chance to defend yourself, they simply won't take a call with you. - Micromanagement. Managers here don't have trust in their employees. They tend to constantly check up on the employees to see what they are up to. This robs the employee of time and space that is needed to get the work done properly. I believe if they read up on this and try to improve what I have mentioned, Payatu can reach greater heights.
