Too many activities and workshops is resulting in distraction of students from focus towards studies. Also, teachers loose their teaching periods for unnecessary workshop organized for children. Unnecessary staybacks, not required at all. Teachers get exhausted because of all extra work that can be reduced very easily.

So many extra activities and stayback.

The facilities are good. The canteen and school is maintained spick and clean, lift is maintained well. I had wonderful, helpful co-teachers. The coordinator was also efficient. Good vibes from the teachers room. Would have liked to stay on.

Management politics and policies.

I like the school over all the loved working wid the kids, but the management of that place dats wer the problem is.

The managment, The principal has a set of her own favorite people who she helps to grow, sometyms as people as... With higher power comes highers responsibility but not every one can handle it... Some loose their desision making.

The school is an excellent place to work, the management, teachers and students are all amazing and fun to be with..yes growth definitely..

Dislikes

The only problem is within the physical education department, the do not like to see people grow and will try all possible things to put you down.

Team support was excellent in pawar public school.Individual growth was well enhanced and i learnt a lot from it.Everyday i had some new challenging tasked and i learnt a lot from this experience.
