School has modern facilities, resources and technology which helps in enhancing the teaching and learning experience.
School has invested a lot on infrastructure which makes PIS a very different school in nearby vicinity.
...chool community which negatively impacts the school's mission and objectives.
5. Staff feel undervalued and demotivated due to inadequate salary compensation. This leads to decrease in job satisfaction and performance.

9. School must be headed by some experienced Expat who can lead in a better and organised way and help in achieving the goal, mission and objectives decided by the school management.

Dear Job- Applying Candidate,
I'd like to share my insights on the school environment, policies and culture through a review at Pavan International School, aiming to provide you with valuable insights as you consider your next career move.
Mixed Feelings:
. Initially hopeful for a great experience.
. sadly, it turned into a rollercoaster with more challenges than positive moments.
... style is discouraging and lacks interpersonal skills.
communication Issues:
. Lack of communication on leaving procedures and delayed salary disbursement.
Abrupt Termination :
. Experienced damaging termination without completing the agreed term.
.Forceful resignation requests without valid reasons.
Favouritism and Inappropriate Behavior:
. Instances of favouritism and unequal treatment are unaddressed.
. Unprofessional handling of departure raises questions about ethical practices.
Unprofessional Handling of Departure:
. Lack of acknowledgement for reasonable requests during departure.
. No meetings were conducted with the SLT; some members were unaware of the decision.
. No proper feedback or warning about work was provided.
Apartment conditions 1BHK :
. Numerous issues in the provided apartment affect the well-being of residents.
. Safety concerns due to the presence of monkeys and inadequate safety measures.
Business Focus:
. The school seems more focused on business than student needs.
.Admission policies are questionable, such as admitting a 2.5-year-old child in violation of Indian law for Early years.
. Concerns raised by the school counsellor about the child's well-being, as the child often cries for an hour daily, were dismissed, stating it was a parent's decision.
. Granting admission to students in higher grades without considering their compatibility with Cambridge standards post the online test, potentially jeopardises their academic journey and overall student experience.
Hr Unavailability & HR Behaviour:
. Infrequent HR presence leads to communication gaps.
.Recent concerning HR behavior complicates addressing issues.
Unfair credit distribution and Inappropriate comments.
Micromanagement and lack of Team Empowerment.
I share this with the hope that our collective voices inspire positive change within the educational institution. A leader's role is to uplift & guide, not unravel delicate career paths, fostering ambition and potential.
Best of luck in your endeavours.
Infrastructure is completely attractive for anyone who visits the website most of the things that are under construction do not fall into the school's building & fall into the handsome salary they offer, no health insurance, no salary slips they provide you monthly how much are they detection of your PF & TAXATION. only teacher accommodation is not good to stay as you found difficulties of managing your own daily food, milk, etc. 2 times Jain food which makes you sick in the beginning no menu changed you only get paneer, banana in their food which is not at all eatable for a normal person if you are jain or you can make your own arrangement that is all up to you things are difficult groceries another basic day - to - day requirement market is too far they try to give you the option but that didn't work practically, the cab is not available like uber & ola only taxi which charges Rs 1600 to 2000 just to go into the city for shopping communication is poor internally things are under the carpet they never work for you. in accommodation it's not easy to stay as some of the staff is again keep eye on you all the time where are you going? what are you doing in your apartment? To whom you are talking too? keep peeping into your personal life and asking you questions which have no business to ask and under gossip of your someone keeps favouring you so that you rely on the person keep asking you unnecessary & if you don't take the help the please attitude change so be careful in taking favours to the person.
...ou want to leave they again put a preshared to work with again false commitment. The owner of the school did not know anything and if he pay attention and work on effectively the change will surely happen but everything can not happen with money and keep eye on the person who managing inside is important suggestion employees are treated with respect, dignity and courtesy and leaders support employees and respond to requests offer encouragement and accommodate individual needs in the teamwork leaders live the core company values and are consistent e.g they don't say one thing then do another one, more importantly, the job description unlike a contract of employment in Pavna International school. school is asking you to take on other duties. if these are reasonable I'm sure not they ask you to compromise school head deliberately misled you.
