Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

One of the worst company, even they hold the march month salary,and regularly pressurized for leaving the job,last they settled with leave without pay.....there is no job security....

Dislikes

Office culture is worst, if you do buttering your senior you will survive otherwise there is no value of your skills....if you are girl then company is yours...

After 2 years of job i joined another forex company for salary hike , but after doing so much for the company i never got that appreciation and respect . So i rejoined in 2012 and till now i am achieving Pan india no 1 every year with the support of my team , seniors and offcourse of company's work culture and comfort .
