...ths. The company is consistently bagging new orders and showing signs of growth. Accommodation and compensation are fairly good. The company offers flexibility in working hours as long as you complete the required working hours.

Dislikes

Although the company is getting regular projects, the benefits are not trickling down to the employees. Salary hikes are minimal and not in line with industry standards. The working culture is unstructured and chaotic. Management often makes sudden decisions without proper communication or planning.

...s hardly anything that i think is good for employees specifically for engineers. On time salary is only good thing.

I can write multiple pages on this. Following are some points 1) Greedy, Highly Exploitive, Discriminating, Demotivative, Racist and Shameless, unfaithful, liar management. Actually in manangement its only owner and his VP. 2) Very less chances for engineers personal, financial and career growth. Treating employees as slave 3) Moody, abusive, disrespectful, Grudge. 4) HR is just puppet of owner and VP (which is quite common in pvt. Ltd.). HR was very unfair towards employees, only interested in max. salary deductions...... 5) Managers working from decades acting as secret agents and are very much interested in other employees personal life and gossips. They have secured their positions by tolerating insults, abuses. 6) Peanuts in the name of increment and bonus. That is too if "MANAGEMENT" is in good mood that year. 7) Insecure, jealous VP never appreciate any good work done by engineers. He dont like anyone else getting praised by Owner. 8) Hired and Fired policy - So called (2 person) management had fired many employees without any notice just to satisfy their ego. and ironically they hired same employees again after few months. 9) No work life balance.... no proper compensation. 10) Frog in the well - Negative and demotivating manager who will always try his best to prove how patvin is better than other companies....ignoring and denying fact that it is actually worst company. In short it is completely not worhty to work here for long time and it was my biggest mistake of career.

...ne man controls the whole company . Policies of the company needs to be changed. Overall i would suggest u to search another company with low salary rather than joining this company. Hope i am saving someones carrer through my review because i have already wasted my 4 years in this company.

Exposure to various product categories from engineering as well as purchase point of view. A lot to learn.

Dislikes

Person centric overall operations. Dirty politics at some instances. Managing Director is really a good person but he is too much dependent on the senior most members of the team.

Worried about Job security? if you got talent, You can survive anywhere. Good work culture strict and secure for ladies. Managing director of Company is Very good and cool person, lot to learn from him. I had a Manager who had lots of knowledge, very systematic and I learnt a lot from him too. Also Working in design department was fun and we get exposed to tremendous knowledge. Systematic work culture. Quality people at workplace.

Nothing as such if you know how to tackle evey situation.
