...ths. The company is consistently bagging new orders and showing signs of growth. Accommodation and compensation are fairly good. The company offers flexibility in working hours as long as you complete the required working hours.

Dislikes

Although the company is getting regular projects, the benefits are not trickling down to the employees. Salary hikes are minimal and not in line with industry standards. The working culture is unstructured and chaotic. Management often makes sudden decisions without proper communication or planning.

Managing director of Company is Very good and cool person, lot to learn from him. I had a Manager who had lots of knowledge, very systematic and I learnt a lot from him too.
