Poor Increment, Work in weekend & Holiday. No cultural or social activity or help from company. All things to make Show off to big purse people. No good work appreciation. No extra work / employee benifits. Feel like cheated. No safety.

Overall a good experience . Work load is little high for some perticular department . Stability of this company is good . Company successfully survived COVID pandemic.

There was a salary cut but it was understandable because the company was entirely closed and the best thing they gave us job security.

Some office politics are there . And the salary range is little low for the junior level staffs.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team.c

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. All times , i have work12 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths,there isno on job trainingfor freshershence seniour folks like mehave to guide themstep by step,which is a pain of me. There is managment is very rough, hr dept. Is no value. Maintenance team is no syatem, here all person just like conductor person is most priorirty than ckmpany, manager have not value....of the work..

VERY GOOD WORKING AND LEARNING AND HELPFUL ENVIRONMENT TO WORK IN THE COMPANY. THEIR IS NO BARRIER TO THE TOP LEVEL TO LOW LEVEL MANAGEMENT. RESEARCH TEAM DOING WORK HOW MANUAL OPERATIONS ARE IMPLEMENT TO AUTOMATION. BUT IF POLITICS IS THERE IN TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT WE FOUND NO EFFECT IN GRASS ROOT LEVEL IN FLOOR. MOST PEOPLE WORKING HOUR IS 8 HOURS.

SALARY STRUCTURE IS LOW. NO 5S IMPLEMENTATION IS THERE. BUT NEW PLANT IT WILL BE GENERATED SOON.
