During Covid we had duty. Job security for Low salary person.

Dislikes

Poor Increment, Work in weekend & Holiday. No cultural or social activity or help from company. All things to make Show off to big purse people. No good work appreciation. No extra work / employee benifits. Feel like cheated. No safety.

Likes

Patton is just not an organization it's a establishment of learning & development. This is by far the only organization which to my knowledge have the best work life balance & value their employees.

Famely business famely member getting high salary with zero education and work experience poor knowledge. Staff with good experience and education not getting proper post and salary also .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Good work environment and culture, teammates are quiet supportive and the management is cloudy, ambiguous. Company policies are good but appraisals are unfair.

Dislikes

There appraisals are unfair, they are not giving good salary hike and bonus every year. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues.
