I really enjoy working here. There is a nice variety in my work. While I have day to day responsibilities like processing transactions, reconciling accounts. It's keep the job interesting and allows me to use different skills. I really value work life balance that the company promotes. While the job can get busy, especially at the end of the month, the management understands the importance of taking time for yourself. The flexibility to manage both my professional and personal life is something I truly appreciate. The company culture really positive and Leadership team is also supportive. So I really enjoy working here in Pattern.

This company is really the one that focuses on the overall development of its employees. There have been a lot of meetups on the technologies that are used in the company. Also, clubs like Toastmasters International is also present in here to boost the abilities of everyone on the personal development side. The environment in the company has been a supportive one.

No job security, no proper training, no SOP’s provided, no manager employee interaction, high expectations from employees but not ready to accept their mistake. No proper response for problems you are facing with work or management. Work is good but the management is questionable along with the first point of contact. There’s office politics as well.
