Very nice to work. I'm a part of the organization is the best for all the employees who are working & my suggestion is to open other branch in Hyderabad as also many companies are there nearly. I want to be other patra has to be there surrounding to all other organizations

No other reasons. Last but not least only the salary has to be hike for better & more better for the employees that is only request from my side

Difficult to work on Night shift, lot of work pressure specially in HEFFERNAN process, I was working in night shift for more than a year, they never changed my shift, Vizag वाले एक ग्रुप में रहते हैं अगर कोई नॉर्थ का आदमी वहां काम करने आ जाए तो काम करना उसके लिए मुश्किल हो जाता है एकदम necessary चीजों को ही एक्सप्लेन करते है बाकी सब कुछ खुद ही सीखना पड़ता है। वो सारा आसान खुद कर लेंगे और मुश्किल काम जूनियर पर छोड़ देते हैl

...ifficult to work in night shift, . Huge Work pressure, . Vizag people are rude . Very Low increment in salary . No meaning of promotion because salary is still the same (15k to 16k) . Vizag people put all the work pressure to junior if you belongs to North . Night shift only, no shift change

Working people are good here, I mean people join here just after completing college so you can make good friends.

...rt is you should not refuse to work over time and in weekends as it's mandatory. And per hour OT they will pay 90 rs to Executives. 8. There expectation is you should be having IQ like Enstine and Newton - but they will pay you 12000 rs per month. I was also a Team Lead and the part of management, very often I used to feel extremely bad for my team members, I used to try my best to make them feel good atleast the things I can do as a Team Lead. When I left PATRA I was really sad for my bachche, that now no one will be there for them who will support them. But what could I have done, they were paying me 24000 rs per month as a Team lead having experience of 7+ years in that company.

It's WFH job. Depends upon Process. Salary received for every month. Don't delay fr any reason.

HR behave rude. If health condition is not good I'm asking fr Est shift r Day shift orelse Please change the process also they told we can't but simply they will move the another process without any reason. HR told we can't do anything fr ur health support so simply u can relieve the job. In teams, They are speaking local language as telugu nd dominate tamil peoples. Don't try this company if u hvae any issue. They didn't take care of it. Its a full of partiality company. Partiality company for Telugu peoples.
