Nothing , except the policy of work from home.

...ially communicated. Sometimes even they are not clear about their own policies. Its been more than 3 years since my last performance review, and I have recieved no salary increase, no bonus and no real recongition for the hard work. It's incredibly frustating to feel like I am giving my best but my efforts are being completly ignored.

Working for Patona Technologies is a really good choice. Patona is the best company I ever worked. Patona is undoubtedly on the most transparent organization that will gives it's employees a platform to develop at their own rate. Friendly co-workers, a well-organized work procedure, and a positive overall experience. Excellent perks for employees and their families. I loved the covid care and work from home cost polices which Patona offered to their employees. I am having a great time working in this amazing organization.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
