I am working with Patil Biotech Pvt.Ltd., from Feb 2018 still date. I got more work experience in commercial and Water soluble fertilizer.Culture is very effective in this organization. Everyone have close and friendly relation in between team and management also. We can achieve target very easily if we follow the system. There is more scope for work also. The company have result oriented product Like seed, PGR, WSF, Pesticides etc. I enjoy and loved my work.

There is no any problem like politics, temmate, job security,career growth, etc

कंपनी बद्दल सांगायचे झाल्यास आम्हाला कंपनी मध्ये आहे असे वाटत च नाहीं कारण आमचा कंपनी चे कल्चर हे पारिवारिक आहे यामध्ये प्रत्येक गोस्ट ही कर्मचारी वर्गाला विश्वासात घेऊन केली जाते तसेच इथे काम करत असताना सर्व एक परिवार समजून काम करतात। आमच्या कंपनीमध्ये CEO, DGM, ZM, ASM, FO सर्व एकमेकांचा सुखांत आणि दुःखात सहभागी होतात।
