Internal politics, dumping others work to the people who actually works properly, poor communications, bad attitudes to the employees, creating problems during fnf, salary related issues, terrible management system, and many more

There is ample opportunity to learn as the organization loves to embrace new technologies. Gives a leverage in career profile as well as keeps the work interesting. If one feels monotonous in a work, there is a possibility to shift into another project.

Since healthcare is having a high market growth, PatientMD is finding its scopes and reaches expanding. The organisation believes in optimizing one's skills and lets him innovate and try in new ways than always following a predefined path. It embraces new technologies and gives ample time for the developers to get acclimatized to it. The management is very friendly and doesnot believe in unnecessarily pressurizing one to get higher output.

Its a startup organization. so sometimes fresh client opportunities emerge that makes one shift to another task of priority and thus the system is dynamic. People are expected to finish their task within the time frame and excess tasks are not given . They cangve time towards their personal lives.
