I am working I Pathkind labs this is from the promoters of Mankind pharma ,I like everything in Pathkind lab, I am working here soo comfortable, and Our Owner is also very good, she treated us very well.

I have nothing to dislike in Pathkind lab, just a little working time is more and salary is less.

1.Training Team is Very Good for Gaining Product Knowledge. 2.Salary on Time

1.Work Politics Very High from Seniors. 2.Job Stability is Not at all, will give you package also to some extent & Later You will fire out from Organization saying that this Designation is now no longer required. 3.HR Actually does not exist, Superficially Admin Manager is there who is a Puppet. 4.Sales Team Seniors are Doctors, who don't know Fundamentals of Sales & Don't want to understand Market Dynamics. 5.Seniors are Misleading & Cannot give Space to their Colleagues. 6.Seniors are Narrow minded and Compete with you as feel insecure with a Competent Suboordinate. 7.Work Culture is Not There, Recordings are Made bu People.

Pathkind is a worst place to work. They offer less salary and lots of work load. They treat doctor working there as a slave. Worst place to work, they are cheaters in all the way. There report is sub standard.

Very bad atmosphere No job security Payments pending and no Full n final amount received and even when I am suffering from covid salary deducted that crucial time very froud type manager Reshma mathur and HR team

...ce to north Indians and praise them though they are wrong Harass south Indians Cheat pertaining to salary after over time work and also never pay travel expenses for the meetings they conduct in zonal centre's Deepa dave ,Sanjeev make nice money sitting in AC rooms and never give justice to employees.Deepa eats nicely with huge body just has look of launched labs and gets into her Innova.She enjoys flight trips to various places and romances with the marketing VP,abhijit gorai They also tarnish our image to recruiters thinking that by their heinous actions we will never get another job The HR head and his assistant are tricky and cunning Hr-assistant speaks very vulgarly

Package cheating for salary,TA,DA All low quality equipments,infrastructure very poor Pts shout at pathologists since the low quality equipments give wrong results
