Worst Company Ever, not even qualified a company. The director wad rude as hell. And she is definitely going to hell. Doesn't even know how to treat an employee. And also, every male comments there on there site is completely fake as it was only girls work there, you could check the owner claiming as well, then how come male comments are there in support. The rest positive comments are from their own employees only jo khud likhwaye he. Worst experience ever. And one thing I am sure about. IF THERE IS ANY HIGHER POWER, YOU WILL MEET YOUR FATE. Making people cry gonna snatch your peach from everywhere. Hell with that lady!!!!!

They basically hire 8 to 10 employees every month (company has only 15 to 20 employees) and then they force all of these employees to resign within 1 month (so they do not have to give them salary) and this is how this company works. They put a lot of pressure on the employees, Also their boss who takes the interviews is very manipulative she will tell you that they have amazing incentives but closing a single position is very difficult because all the 15 employees work on the same position at the same time.

Few of the teammates very humble and cooperative. Job location was nearby my place.

Dislikes

There was favouritism in the organization. The boss tried to sabotage my career when I decided to resign. She always speaks negative in the third party verification. The office is located in mechanic area with cheap crowd. Also, they don’t give acceptance on resignation and cause trouble while giving experience letter. The office is very small and has only two congested rooms.
