I joined as a fresher they give me opportunity to learn and great work place with good seniors.

Dislikes

Once you get experience they give more additional projects with same salary ,new joiners get more pay than senior, there is no hike for last 2 year.

No salary on time. For the last 8 months, I'm facing salary issues. no proper management only torchering only blaming others doing your task your own way like this but no one talks fluent language.

Software developed are good.

Dislikes

Company is not at all organised. No response from HR when needed the most. Salary is not at all on time always delayed by 15 to 20 days i.e. work for a month and get your salary after 45 to 50 days. No response of email from higher designation people on time. No proper development team regarding softwares.

The Pathfinder has very good clients Like (Oberoi Mall, Phoenix Mall etc.)

Dislikes

Company is not giving proper salary to employees on time and they deduct pf, bonus from salary but will not deposit in pf account even they will not give bonus to employees. They are harassing the employees regarding salary payment and not giving proper answer to the employee when asked about salary.

There is nothing positive about this company. This is not proper company to work if anyone is getting interview call. They are ready to hire fresher easily. But don't accept it will ruin your career.

*No salary on time, sometimes delays upto 6 months *HR team is worst. They don't have communication with employees. *Management doesn't exist. No hike will be given for years *Nothing to learn and no growth as technical person
