I have observed interference from the marketing department in lab operations, accompanied by concerning office politics additionally there have been worries among colleagues about HR's transfer letters and potential pressure to resign without clear reason, Which requires clarification for job security concern.

This place was the best in regard with my post as a Consultant Pathologist. If it was in my control, I would have never left this place. But due to my marriage I had to leave . This company in Diagnostics has a full working atmosphere and due to the 3Cs, Collaboration, Co-ordination and full Co-operation, it is the best team. I got full support from Dr Parvathi maam , Dr Pratap Patil sir and Mr. Adarsh Shrivastava sir ..whenever i felt the need for help in diagnostics or administration. A Beautiful experience worth remembering ,I am overwhelmed.

I am not boasting ..but there was nothing that I disliked about this Diagnostic Labs.

Candidate should submit their original certificates, but they didn't tell at interview time. Cellphones mobile s not allowed inside. This thing they didn't tell at interview time, they tell only at when you joining.

I have selected for SR. Accounts position. I worked there 5 days. Too much of work pressure. Candidate should submit original certificates, they didn't tell at interview time, and mobile s cell phones not allowed inside company they don't tell you at interview time. When you go 4 joining they ask plz deposit mobile at security. This is company rule. Too long from city. Company provides bus from ECIL They will well timings 9.30 to 6 but accounts department not close by 6 work pressure too much.

I'm very excited join the path Care Labs and learning very good and staff sport and management very good I'm change the lab rejoining I'm accepted this opportunity.
