This company is good for salary and increment and bonus purpose and also it provides provident fund . director is very good and polite person and he solves the problems regarding any jobs is very silently.

Internal management persons are not good they always try to highlight other department person mistake rather than solve it with team work. here ,there is not team work for achieve work as well as solve the any department person s mistake.

Since it's a Listed Company, it was a good experience to learn different compliances and the culture was more like a family & less of professional.

Less professional culture and lack of deliberation in responsibilities. Lack in certain employee benefits.

Many products manufacture company like shell & tube heat exchanger, pressure vessel, air cooled heat exchanger, cooling coils, steam coil air prehetaers, oil coolers, compressor coolers etc. Working environment in company is excellent. All employees work like in own company.
