Many black sheep are in the management team and played the politics. Unfortunately Top man also convinced with the interrupted people.

THERE ARE ONLY DISLIKES---NO INCREMENT / APPRAISAL, NO SALARY REVISION BY HR DEPARTMENT . STARTING SALARY TO FRESHER IS 8 K TO 10K.

THERE IS GROWTH IN SALARY/APPRAISAL, POOR QUALITY IN INFRASTRUCTURE-LIKE ACCOUNTS SOFTWARE.

Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd management was good earlier till Mr Arif Patel was alive.. As a co it was good .

Present management and work culture totally gone down.... Sorry state ,post Mr Arif Patel's sad demise.

This is very good organisation in transport industry. I learn so many things against sales,costing, movement, accounting and customer satisfaction is very high. Only one or two failure decision is made difference if employees. But what is taking decision will give brightness in future
