COMPENSATION IS DECENT,BUT GROWTH IS SLOW.THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. I HAVE TO WORK 14-18 HOURS STRAIGHT IN A DAY AS I HAVE ATTEND (REQUIREMENT) CALL IN THE EVENING AND MOSTLY LATE INTO THE NIGHT. MANAGER DO NOT VALUE AN INDIVIDUALS' UNIQUE STRENGTHS, WHICH IS WHY I HAVE TO TAKE BACK MY SUGGESTION MOS OF THE TIME. ALSO THERE IS NO ON-JOB TRAINING FOR FRESHERS, HENCE SENIOR FOLK LIKE ME HAVE TO GUIDE THEM STEP - BY - STEP, WHICH IS A PAIN SOMETIME.

Only Vadodara is good but company not good. Some good peoples are there but without work they are like fearfull toothless lions.

Hired workplace, Late salary, bad food, Hire and Fire culture, Hypocrisy and favouritism is at Peak, No work culture, No social life, It seems the bubble with burst with financial bank currency because of loan overburden and excess staff without No further project.

...of policy on person to person. 3. Arrogance of Management and fake showoff. 4. Delayed salary payment 5. No job security. On some fine day you can be asked to tender resignation and asked that dont come from tomorrow you are forced relieved.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but careers growth is slow.
