...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only Vadodara is good but company not good. Some good peoples are there but without work they are like fearfull toothless lions.

Hired workplace, Late salary, bad food, Hire and Fire culture, Hypocrisy and favouritism is at Peak, No work culture, No social life, It seems the bubble with burst with financial bank currency because of loan overburden and excess staff without No further project.
