Salary deduction for even 1 min late arrivals taking leave is a headache. they don't allow gate pass easily. You have got any personal work.. that's your personal problem.. they will not allow you early exit even if you are sitting idle... Lot of rules and regulation which doesn't make sense and feel like a Jail rule. Some people sitting on imp position make fool of management and they don't understand. Hospital without a biomedical department... and horrible maintenance dep to deal with. Its a real headache to work at management role there and get things done.. unless you are in good books of the owners...

...ablished in hospital but some time I face a problem of mispunch due to system...so salary deducted 😒

approachable head of institutions. they interact with you and hear you out. dont interfere much in your work and encourage if you want to do something new.

salary, strict rules, no major employee benefit. LOT of restrictions.
