1) Salary & benefits is very poor. 2) Accommodation is not good. 3) No family accommodation provided by company. 4) You will get only vegetarian meals from mess. 5) Salary credit date is not fixed, it may be 2-3 months delayed.

I have some ponts thats i like to work in Patel Engineering Ltd. 1) Flexibility in work. 2) Job security 3) Incentives during work against target acheived. If you are a hard worker then company has been support you in all respect.

I have only 1 point that is salary delay. In our company Salary has been depend upon Project Revenue. If your project has been running on time and revenue has been also generate every month then you got your salary on time. If your project revenue is delay then salary of all staff has been also delay till payment has been not received from client. So every Project site has been seperate payment schedule depend upon his progress or Revenue generation. We have also face such type of problem.

...Please deploy efficient personnel and see things don’t get delayed for months. No centralised salary system. If no revenue is generated from site. Salaries and full &final of ex employees get delayed. full and final settlement of employees should be taken care by HO

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of problems and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is quite low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
