I am like to patel engineering Because good work and good management

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

I like the working environment and senior official are helpful in nature. It's a great plateform for learning and growing in engineering field.

Dislikes

there is a delay in salary every month means you will not got the salary timely.

Compensations w.r.t experiences and qualifications is yet to be standardized. Staff welfare to be improved w.r.t. site conditions. Implementation of schemes like incentives and remunerations for stage wise breakthroughs or achievement in site to be done.

No standard slabs of salary based on qualification and experience. Staff welfare not been taken care.. Authoritative organization at Site level

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1) Salary & benefits is very poor. 2) Accommodation is not good. 3) No family accommodation provided by company. 4) You will get only vegetarian meals from mess. 5) Salary credit date is not fixed, it may be 2-3 months delayed.
