No working culture, Operation director Dilip solanki is the uneducated person & is fooling the co & MD he is there from starting, he has no sense of talking, earlier also good people joined and left as anyone who told no good about Dilip Solanki has been removed, in my short span I can inform that Dilip Solanki is a Theif & does not have knowledge, pls dont join this co under this person. MD listens to this man and he has done lot of thief of works in plant & it is proved earlier he was the purchase manager and stole lot of money. MD tries to listed to others also but Dilip solanki will guide the MD in wrong direction, I can challange Dilip solanki to accept an open audit of his work and things will be clear his thief works will be open immediately. I want to save the co from this useless person. I will also write on other platform & tell everyone about this theif Dilip Solanki
