Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

M taking 5 district, long distance but company give me salary only 50℅. This amount not workout. Single rupee not saving. Give the huge target, distributor issue not clear immediately.

Dislikes

No proper distributor settlement No proper expense reimbursement (very late) During Covid directly layed off without giving one month notice Seniors were not so supportive. Even managers left jobs after 6-9 months mostly. New new rules everytime

Seriously there is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

First they hire you as a marketing specialist and ask you to go to the market to make consumer sales. Then they ask you to resign if you aren't able to generate sales for them. If you ask them how can you judge a marketing person on the basis of sales generation. Then they will come up with this that they are shutting down the department. So ultimately they will make you to resign. Even you try to do what they want you too still they will terminate you without any notice. It happened with my colleague.Also forgot to mention they will track you even after office.. If you don't provide them your location even after the office.... They will ask you to resign..on the basis of company policy
