There is no job security, Management is very poor, they are very egoistic and selfish people, they don't give you leave if u r critically unwell, also if something goes wrong n u pointed out that to management then they will terminate you. in shot you can't raise your voice against management. No facility given to you by the organisation and no learning and self or professional growth

Company provided me a lot opportunity to work in different technologies as software developer. If you are working hard in right direction then they are making value of it!!! They are giving exposure almost in all area to grow. If you stuck somewhere in your work then they are always ready to help anytime. They are trying their best to balance work load for employees.
